We are currently seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for our Vermont plant. The primary responsibility will be to direct and manage our Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance for PBM. This position has ultimate responsibility for finished product disposition, food safety, quality and regulatory compliance at the PBM Nutritionals location.

The ideal candidate will have the following education and skills:

• BS degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in a leadership role in regulated food manufacturing business
• Full understanding of cGMPs, Food and Nutritional Product Regulations
• Understanding and experience with FDA inspection procedures
• Familiarity with food/Nutritional/pharmaceutical product and manufacturing processes
• Proven record of exceptional people and program management skills
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize daily tasks where judgment must be made regarding completing demands on time
